Reporting technical issues

You can review articles for technical assistance here. If you are continuing to experience the issue, please submit a report of the issue directly to support@kanopy.com and include the following information to help us diagnose the issue:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • If the issue is happening on multiple browsers or computers and/or on or off-campus
  • A screenshot of the issue, and the URL of the page where the issue was occurring
  • Your operating system, browser and Flash version. You can find your exact Flash version here
